Fiesta La Ballona 2012 Vendors Participation Information & Rules
You may print out an application or you may contact the Fiesta office at (310) 253-6667 and leave your name, mailing address, and an application will be sent to you.
Please make sure all appropriate areas on the application have been completed and you must include a check or money order when submitting your application for approval. Also, sign the waiver and return with your application. Applications that do not have all the necessary information will be returned.
