Cliff Beach is an award-winning singer-songwriter, keynote speaker, author, and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. Known for his soulful blend of jazz, funk, R&B, and pop, he has spent more than two decades performing across the United States while building a successful career in business and technology. His music has earned recognition from the Elite Music Awards, Las Vegas Music Video Awards, and California Music Video & Film Awards, and he has been featured as the house band leader on Discovery Channel’s Josh Gates Tonight. A voting member of the Recording Academy, Cliff is passionate about creating music that inspires, uplifts, and brings people together. Beyond the stage, Cliff serves as Vice President of Digital & Operations at Beautytap, where he leads strategy, technology, and operations for a global beauty platform.

He is also the host of Deeper Grooves, a syndicated radio program celebrating the history and influence of Black music, featuring interviews with acclaimed artists and industry leaders. As an author, Cliff has written the Side Hustle & Flow series, including the award-winning Side Hustle & Flow: Shape Up and The Daily Grind: 365 Days to Shine, encouraging readers to build sustainable careers, improve their health, and pursue purpose through consistent daily action.

His speaking engagements focus on career development, entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity, wellness, and building multiple streams of income. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster, serves on the board of the Culver City Symphony Society, and was selected as a 2026 Association of California Symphony Orchestras Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award recipient for his volunteer leadership.
